This is a Montgomery pie from Beemans Bakery in Carlisle, PA. Traditionally, this pie is made with a a light tasting crust and a molasses and lemon filling at the bottom, topped with a buttermilk cake.

Both of these lovely slices of pie are from Pie Haus, located in Carlisle, PA. The one on the left is a pumpkin mousse and the one on the right is a smores pie. Your mouth will water when you see them.

This is a chocolate whipped pie with a chocolate graham cracker crust from Kimberlys Café in Carlisle, PA. It also has chocolate shavings on top to add to the chocolate taste.

This is an egg custard pie from Giant food stores in Carlisle, PA. This pie is very light and soft. The egg mixes well with the custard.

This is the same chocolate whipped pie. The inside is a thick layer of chocolate whipped pudding. The whipped topping helps dilute all of the chocolate-y goodness.

This pie is a chocolate pecan pie from Cracker Barrel in Carlisle, PA. This pie has caramel on the bottom which adds to the flavor. The pecans are a nice combination with the chocolate on top.

These five pies will help you break up the ordinary pies you have for the holidays. Each pie is unique and can bring a new taste to your holiday meal.

This smores pie from Pie Haus is everything you ever dreamed of. The soft graham cracker crust with the soft and fluffy marshmallows, drizzled in chocolate will want you having more. Warming the pie up for a few seconds make it taste even better.

This pumpkin mousse pie from Pie Haus has great texture. The light mousse flavored with pumpkin and other spices taste better than you think. The topping is out of this world. There is also a spiced topping on the top layer.
