Carter Smith, Staff Writer
Carter Smith is a freshman at Carlisle High School. Although he just started high school, he is already immersing himself in several extracurricular activities such as running cross country, being a member of the freshman class council, and participating in the National High School Model UN program. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends, and supporting the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles!
