Kirsten likes to practice guitar, read, and spend time with her cat Jerry. She also enjoys playing games on Xbox with her friends!

These pecan snowball cookies combine lots of powdered sugar (too much, some may say) with a nutty core that helps to balance the sweetness. While messy to eat, they elicit a warm sense of nostalgia.
