Taylor Swift celebrated her ten year anniversary of her self-titled debut album on Oct 24. The country starlet-turned-pop icon has had a decade worth of five chart-topping albums, four massive world tours, and a grand total of ten Grammy awards.

Swift went to Instagram to celebrate her debut album’s anniversary, posting a throwback picture of her 16-year-old self in the studio.

“10 years ago today, my first album came out,” she wrote. “I couldn’t be more grateful today, thinking back on how much fun we’ve had…it’s been such an adventure, guys. Thank you for all of it.”

In honor of her 10-year anniversary, here’s a timeline of her decade-long success:

2006: Where it all began. After signing to Scott Borchetta’s independent record label, Big Machine Records, the singer released her eponymous debut album. The lead single, “Tim McGraw,” went platinum, and “Teardrops on My Guitar” was the album’s best charting song on the Billboard’s Hot 100.

2008: After the infamous breakup from Joe Jonas, a relationship that only lasted three months, Swift released her second studio album, Fearless, on November 11 of that year. Her singles topped the charts throughout 2008-2009. “You Belong with Me” was a major country-pop crossover hit and peaked #2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

2009: Fearless is the top selling album of that year in the U.S.. Swift embarked on her first concert tour, Fearless Tour, which grossed over $63 million. And let’s not forget the time when Kanye West interrupted her speech at the MTV Music Award that year.

2010: Swift won many awards from Fearless and that year she won four Grammys. Swift then starred in her first film, Valentine’s Day, and began a relationship with her co-star Taylor Lautner, though they broke up soon after and Swift dated Jake Gyllenhaal later that year.

2010 part 2: Swift released her third album, Speak Now. She wrote the majority of her material by herself, including the successful lead single “Mine.” The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 with opening week sales of  $1M.

2011: Swift went on her second tour, Speak Now World Tour, that grossed over $123 million.

2012: Swift had a short-lived romance with political heir Conor Kennedy. She released her fourth and last country album, Red, which was a critical and commercial success, with first week sales of 1.21 million copies. She also voiced one of the main characters in the animated movie The Lorax that also came out that year.

2013: Coming off from a tragic breakup from One Direction member, Harry Styles, she went on tour to promote her fourth album. The Red Tour grossed over $150 million.

2014: After living in New York for awhile, Swift worked on her first pop album, 1989 with a new team of writers. 1989 sold over 1.28 million copies.

2015: The 1989 World Tour was the highest grossing tour of that year, bringing in over $250M.

2016: Taylor Swift co-wrote the song “This is What You Came For” with her ex-boyfriend DJ Calvin Harris. The song was a summer success; it went platinum and as of October of this year, the song has sold 6 million copies.
