Everyone loves Thanksgiving break, especially since we don’t have to come to school. With the time that isn’t spent with your family, you might find yourself wondering what you could do.

Here is some good news for you. Below is a list of TV shows to watch in your down time this break.  Each episode of these TV shows range from 40-50 minutes and can all be found on Netflix.  The TV shows chosen are ones that are most popular among the students of CHS.  Read below to see if your favorite show is one to watch over break.

Stranger Things:

This show is what everyone has been watching lately and is a great show to binge watch over break especially since the second season recently came out.  This show is about a 12-year-old boy who goes missing.  The mother of this boy starts an investigation on his disappearance with the police in their town.  As the search continues, the local authorities uncover a bunch of mysteries regarding government experiments, supernatural forces, and a rather mysterious little girl.  This show will definitely keep you on your toes and is something that once you start you will not want to stop.

Riverdale:

Although this show only has one season on Netflix, it is still another great one to watch over break.  Archie Andrews begins the school year with a ton of stuff he has to deal with, including his recent decision to get involved not only with music, but also his music teacher.  When everyone finds out about this relationship, it is forced to end and Archie has not only lost someone he loved but also his mentor. Between his friendships not being at a good spot and instant chemistry with a new girl, Archie is really struggling to get through.  Along with all of this, the town is sent into a tizzy due to the recent death of classmate Jason Blossom.

The Office:

Aside from the shows involving drama, The Office is a rather funny show with not as much drama to watch over break.  This show is adapted from the British TV series of the same name.  In a paper factory located in Scranton, PA, the Dunder-Mifflin staff is full of antics from characters like Dwight and Jim.  The boss, Michael Scott, tries to run a failing paper business and he is forced to deal with the failure of the business as well as things that go on around the office.  Each episode is different, making each day at the office a new experience for the cast as well as you.

Gossip Girl:

Gossip Girl is about a group of mostly privileged high school students who attend an exclusive prep school on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.  They have seemingly perfect lives, other than the fact that Gossip Girl frequently texts the entire school their deepest secrets.  Between school, dating, parents, and friends, there is just not enough time to live a normal life. Keeping up with these crazy teens and the constantly changing relationships will keep you very entertained this break.
