UPDATE (7:49PM): The indoor states meet was held on March 1 at Penn State University. Wisner placed 5th and got his first state medal.
Q1: Describe your experience with indoor track this season. What were some highlights?
A1: This is my first year running indoor track, and I’m really enjoying it. I’ve won a total of five events in my five meets so far this season, and everything is going well.
Q2: Along with running, what are some other hobbies you enjoy?
A2: I don’t have a lot of free time between school and running, but I like to hang out with my friends on the weekends.
Q3: Are you planning on competing at the state level for the outdoor track season as well?
A3: Qualifying for outdoor states is a little different and probably slightly more difficult, but I’m definitely planning to return to the state meet this year.
Q4: Along with the 800, do you participate in any other events?
A4: This indoor season I have run the 800, the mile, and the 400. The 800 has been my strongest event so far, but I just missed states in the other two events.

I don’t know Matt very well, but this is a great accomplishment! 5th place in states is amazing. Awesome job, Matt!

I cant wait to run this outdoor season with Matt. He has done so well in indoor and continues to impress me with everything he can do and the attitude at which he does it. He deserves this 100%
