“Youngblood”- 5 Seconds of Summer

Ranking number one on the Billboards Hot One Hundred for pop songs, is a  5 Seconds of Summers song titled “Youngblood.”  “Youngblood” is one of 5SOS songs apart of their third studio album, also titled Youngblood.  While the album was not released until June 15, the song was released on April 13 as a promotional song for the album.  In an interview with HMV.com, Calum Hood, the band’s bass player, explained the meaning of the song’s title, saying that they are ending the chapter of their youthful lives.
