The House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the United States Congress, working in conjunction with the Senate. The House makes and passes federal laws, with each representative being elected for two year terms and serving the people of a specific congressional district. Scott Perry (R) is the incumbent, or current representative, for district 10 and is running for reelection against Shamaine Daniels (D).
