Mini-Thon will be held this year on March 20-21.
MiniTHON is coming up March 20-21.
According to club members, MiniTHON was moved from Feburary 6-7 because there was not enough time for the students to raise as much money as they could. Also there were just too many snow days and the MiniTHONclub was not ready. This way MiniTHONnow has more people available to be able to participate.
During MiniTHON, there will be several different activities to do during the twelve hour MiniTHON. Some of these events include a coffeehouse, sports events, competitions, Zumba, music, and dancing.

Senior Rachel Dundorf said, “I can’t wait forMiniTHONit is going to be so much fun and so helpful to the Four Diamonds.”
The MiniTHON theme this year is superheroes.
There is a large amount of students participating in MiniTHONthis year. The students have the option to stay until 11:00 or all night. There was a ten dollar registration fee and the students need to raise $35.
Senior Justine Douglas says, “There will be Wingin’ It!, sports events, competitions, and music; it will be fun.”
There also is the Color Run coming up on April 11, students are encouraged to come and run/walk to raise money for the Four Diamonds.

This is really a good move. Extra time will allow students to continue fundraising and building excitement for the actual event. Good luck and happy fundraising to all students involved!
